Since 1982, fleet managers from all over Canada have entrusted the remarketing specialists at Jardine Auctioneers to get maximum resale value for their vehicles and equipment.

They operate out of their 139 acre facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick and offer over 65 auctions per year.

John Jardine
John Jardine is a highly respected figure in the auction industry, renowned for his expertise, leadership, and philanthropic endeavors. Serving as the CEO of Jardine Auctioneers INC since 1998, John has played a pivotal role in shaping the company into a market leader known for its excellence and integrity.
With a passion for the art of auctioneering, John embarked on his professional journey in 1992 and quickly rose to prominence. His exceptional talent and dedication were evident from the outset, as he graduated from Auction School with top marks and garnered prestigious awards, including the “Top Overall Performer” and “Most Likely to Succeed.”
In addition to his role as a professional auctioneer, John is a seasoned senior appraiser, having earned his credentials and membership with the CPPAG (Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group) in 2003. His expertise and insight have solidified his reputation as a trusted authority in the field.
Under John‘s leadership, Jardine Auctioneers INC has flourished, boasting a dedicated team of 28 professionals and facilitating the sale of an impressive average of 12,000 lots annually for over 1000 various consignors.
Beyond his professional endeavors, John is deeply committed to giving back to his community. His philanthropic work includes involvement with organizations such as Fredericton Sports Investment, Make-A-Wish Canada, the SPCA, the Chalmers Foundation, and Fredericton Community Kitchens. Through his charitable contributions and leadership, John continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and exemplifies the importance of giving back.
Throughout his illustrious career, John Jardine has demonstrated unwavering dedication to excellence, integrity, and service. His leadership and contributions have left an indelible mark on the auction industry and the community at large, inspiring others to strive for greatness and make a positive impact in the world.

John began his auction career in June of 1986 at the Halifax-Dartmouth Auto Auction working as a bid spotter and auctioneer apprentice. In November of 1992, after graduating top of his class from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, John joined the auctioneering team of Adesa Canada; working in Ottawa and Montreal.

In May of 1998, John became Vice-President and General Manager of Jardine Auctioneers Inc. Since this time, Jardine Auctioneer’s volume of business has grown over 300%.

John’s experience with corporate fleet disposal has earned Jardine Auctioneers contracts with The Government of Canada, NB Department of Transportation, Irving Oil Ltd, Asset Recovery Inc, State Farm Insurance, United General Insurance, Alcool NB Liquor, ARI Canada Ltd, VFC financial services, Harley Davidson Credit, The Greater Fredericton Airport Authority, University of New Brunswick, The City of Saint John, A.C Poirier and Associates as well as many others.

With 34 years of experience in the Auto Auction business, John is successful because of his hard work, honesty and dedication to his skill as a professional Auctioneer.

Graduating from the CPPAG (Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group) in 2003, John embarked on a distinguished career that has seen him work with some of the largest restructuring firms in Canada, including Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Throughout his tenure, John has appraised assets totaling in the millions, providing invaluable insights and guidance to clients across various sectors.
A seasoned traveler, John has traversed Atlantic Canada, Quebec, and Ontario, conducting appraisals and delivering expert advice to a diverse clientele. His expertise has been sought after in the courtroom, with multiple reports reviewed and accepted, certifying him as an expert witness in his field.
In addition to his role as a senior appraiser and consultant, John serves as the CEO and chief appraiser for Jardine Auctioneers Inc, where he continues to lead with distinction, overseeing operations and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Beyond his professional endeavors, John is an avid golfer, boating enthusiast, and passionate traveler. He cherishes moments spent with his family at their cottage, embracing the serenity of nature and the joys of quality time together.

Frank Jardine

Frank graduated from Reisch world wide college of Auctioneering in March 1982 and immediately began his career with Montreal Auto Auction.

After only 3 years, Frank successfully opened the Halifax-Dartmouth Auto Auction in May of 1985 and was the hands on general manager responsible for the 350-400 vehicles sold weekly. During this same period, Frank was sent to Winnipeg as a special project coordinator to open the Winnipeg Auto Auction. This auction has grown to host over 1200 vehicles weekly.

In January of 1990, Frank was hired to open the auction now known as Adesa Ottawa. This auction is one of the largest and most successful in Canada offering over 1300 vehicles in its state of the art 5 lane facility.

In April of 1998 Frank’s vision of a Weekly Car Auction in Fredericton became a reality. From the initial sale held on April 29, 1998 until now, Jardine Auctioneers has grown to a 68 acre facility offering over 6700 vehicles and registering over 80,000 bidders.

Having dealt with large corporations like General Motors, Chrysler Canada, Ford Credit and several national banks, Frank’s 38 years of experience has earned him a solid reputation across Canada in the Auction business.

With over a decade of experience as the Automotive Division Manager, Blair’s passion for auctions has propelled him to new heights. In 2015, he graduated from Auction School, solidifying his expertise and commitment to excellence. In 2023 Blair purchased an ownership in Jardine Auctioneers and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer.

As a leader, Blair excels in cultivating strong client relationships and driving innovation. He thrives on pushing boundaries and embracing cutting-edge ideas that revolutionize the auction landscape. Always hungry for knowledge, Blair actively seeks opportunities to expand his team’s capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends and advancements. Blair’s unwavering dedication to his clients is evident in his track record of consistently attracting new customers year after year. By deeply understanding their needs and fostering unwavering partnerships, he ensures that every client receives unparalleled service and results.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Blair is a passionate advocate for youth sports, particularly Youth Ringette. As a coach and mentor, he supports young athletes and emerging coaches in their personal and athletic development. When he’s not immersed in the auction world or on the sidelines, Blair enjoys skiing, golf, spending time with his two daughters and travelling.
